This is the 9th hunt in the series where we buy a sealed £250 bag to see how many commemorative 50p coins I could find for my own collection. The sealed bag was from the Santander Bank rather than the Post Office, so let us see if we had another better luck!

This was probably one of the worst hunts we have had so far with the exception of the full bag of 50p Brexit coins! The Santander Bag let us down! Star Find in this weeks hunt was the 1997 Isle of Man TT 50p. Released between 1997 and 1999 the mintage figures are unknown however a quick search online on eBay throw up examples of the coin for around £3-5 depending on the quality.
